New Corse in Oregon

Hello fellow 959'rs. Just picked up my '19 Corse Saturday. I've owned several Ducati bikes in the past (1098, Multistrada, Scrambler, Desert Sled (still have this one). I was torn between a '17 1299 base for $17.9k or the Corse for $17.1k. Rode both but just couldn't get past the Corse. I was kicking myself for not getting one of the 1198 Corse models when they came out. Didn't want to make the same mistake again. This will see every kind of riding from commuting, track days, back country roads and errands in town (although the Sled is seeing a lot of that duty as well.

Mods right from the jump are bar end mirrors/block offs, Clear clutch cover and the requisite frame/axle sliders. Other than maybe a seat, fender eliminator and dark screen, I will leave it stock.

Anyway, glad to be a part of the forum. Thanks!

Don't forget to protect that radiator with Evotech radiator guards... especially if you are commuting or riding those country roads.

Welcome.

So once and for all does the corse have an up-AND-down quick shifter? I have had mine for seven months and for the life of me I still can’t tell because I had a super sport s and the down quick shifter was just so much smoother. because the base 959 doesn’t have the down quick shifter I am always questioning the dealer !?! What did your dealer say?

Nice looking bike. When I seen mine on the showroom floor I just had to have it.

Quick shifter up only, not down.
