Hello together

Hello together,

my name is Tom, I'm 22 years old and from Germany.
I bought a used 959 Panigale a few months ago in addition to a Yamaha MT-07 that I have since 2016. And so far I'm in love with the Ducati.
Last week I had my first ever crash though. But fortunately it was rather small, so I only have a scratched mirror, clutch-lever and a broken shift-lever.
I already ordered a spare lever and can't wait to bring the Ducati back on tarmac.

Best regards,
Tom

Welcome also, Tom. Good thing you didn't get hurt. Where in Germany are you from?

I'm actually from Bavaria, so I've been to the Oktoberfest (only once though, since I prefer local festivities)

Some overall tips:
- inform yourself, what kind of items are allowed in 2019
- keep your eyes on your stuff, otherwise you will lose something in the crowds
- beverages are very pricy
- get your hands on some traditional clothing, you will feel a lot more included this way
- there will be lots of completly drunk people. Don't overdo it.
