I contacted the company and they are replacing it. Just curious who else is seeing this, if anyone.

The owner is replacing the plate so I've just gotta swap the LEDs.

No complaints on the customer service.

They're replacing it due to (IMO) normal wear and tear? That's awesome!

I've got about 2300 miles on mine, haven't seen anything like this.

"Normal" wear and tear is pretty subjective. I thought it would have been a thicker paint considering where it's located and the abuse it's inherently subject to because of its location.

They are just replacing the plate but it's still a pretty stand up thing to do. Never got an actual answer if this was a warranty claim or a good deed.

Regardless, I'm grateful.

On the way to work they were replacing a bridge and just flooded the grooves concrete with water. Everything was covered. But it's a bike. If it were a Tamburini T12 I'd be on top of it but...

That isn't normal, probably the plate wasn't fully cleaned before powder coating. NRC is great with customer service inquiries though.
