Deleting a thread is unlikely.
The quick answer to your question and also the general consensus is as follows:

• Low Beams are easily changed with either Silver Star halogens for longer reach or Diamond Vision for a more aesthetic look albeit this latter may prove somewhat less efficient than stock.
• Should you take the trouble to change the High Beams which is time consuming, LED's should be your first choice.
