Hello,

Bike was stock through 600ish miles. Rode perfectly fine. Took it in for the service and they said everything looked great. After I got it back from service I installed an MWR HE filter, Termi front-exit exhaust, Rapid Bike Evo, levers and clutch cover. I feel like all of the installs went fine, and without issue.

Road the bike for 20 minutes, and then it threw a check engine light. Everything felt fine, except the bottom center orange light above the dash (traction control?) would occasionally flash at partial throttle in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear at low-mid RPMs. I pulled over, turned the bike off, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Turned it back on and the light was gone. Road around another hour or two the rest of that day, and never saw the light again. I was riding it hard after that, too. Some wide open throttle.

Road the bike a few more days, and had no issues.

Took the bike out today, riding it per usual (a little naughty), and the check engine light came on again, and started doing the traction control light again in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear at low-mid RPM partial throttle. I turned the bike off, and came back an hour later. This time the light did not go away. I was 20 minutes from home, and rode her home with the light on. Everything sounded, looked, and felt fine. Nothing leaking. Pushed the bike a bit, too, and the bike felt like it had full power and wasn't doing anything weird.

I'm going to take the fairings off and check all of the Rapid Bike connections to see if anything is partially connected, but was wondering if anyone else has had issues like this.

Appreciate any and all help as I'm supposed to be trailering this down to Kentucky this Sunday for a couple days of California Superbike School.

Thank you so much!!

Since you installed it yourself, its probably kicking out some fueling related (lean) errors from all the parts you installed and not tuning it. Setting up autotune helps, but shouldn't replace an actual tune since the WOT tables might be running in open loop.

Traction control is the big flat orange light in the middle top of the dash. There's nothing wrong with it flashing unless its happening when the amount of power shouldn't be causing the tire to slip.

I was under the impression that just using a Rapid Bike and nothing else would be fine after installing an exhaust and filter. Guess that may not be correct :(

And yeah, the traction control light is popping up at low-mid RPM with partial throttle. That's a situation where I wouldn't expect it to kick in because it's not accelerating quickly at all (and roads and tires are fine).

Twas because I took out the servo motor and didn't put in a Servo Buddy or tune to take care of it...
