Just put some parts on my 959 and took it around a couple blocks and came back to find this. Is this just old oil that has been sitting or something else… anyone else every heard of or have seen this? Just need some more advice. I have only started it a couple times the past 8 months or less.

I too have had this issue but only once in 3 years so can only put it down to condensation due to outside temperature?

That is condensation.
Condensation has two enemies heat and ventilation. Start the bike in the garage and let it get to 180°+, take the oil fill cap off for 30 seconds.
You would have to do this every time you do an oil change.
