Just watched the cycle world review of the 959 and they hit 163mph on the straightaway, wonder what the top speed will be

If you listen closely in the curves seems like there is some kind of rubbing or scraping as they are taking a curve,

Nah, to scrape the foot pegs, your bike will have to be sliding on the ground after a crash like this:
