Hi I have euro 4 spec 959 and have changed exhaust to US spec underbelly.Ihave removed exhaust valve cable and left open,the error light has come since changing,will it be ok to run bike.

you should have the ECU remapped or it might run "off" a little - either lean or rich at times

No worse than an untuned slip on or high flow intake...

I believe the error light is just indicating that the exhaust servo is disconnected. I don't remember reading on here if anyone's done it, but you could probably get a servo eliminator to spoof the ECU. Similar: Moto Creations Exhaust Servo Eliminator - Ducati.ms - The Ultimate Ducati Forum


Like @Dingo and @Kevin.H said, its just a minor tuning problem otherwise from the "upgrade" and shouldn't cause any real problems.
