I posted a similar post on the 899 forum a couple of years back when people were looking for the best stem mount to fit without having to replace the centre nut. Back then I fitted the Telferizer Ram Mount to the 899. I used it for sat nav mounting when touring Europe, and nor often to fit my GoPro for track days and it worked really well.

When I traded in the 899 for my new 959 a couple of weeks ago I left the Ram Mount on the bike, which has now been sold on.

Fortunately, I don't live too far from where Telferizer are based so called Bob this afternoon to check his stock and he had one in designed to fit any Panigales, so called in on my way home from work. I've bought quite a few mounts from Bob over the years for various bikes and he's always in his workshop looking at ways of improving his fittings and coming up with new ideas.

He's redesigned the Panigale fitting from the previous one I had which incorporated a split rubber bung, the new one fits even better and can be fitted and removed in no time, I'm well impressed with it.

Telferised have their own web site, The Telferizer Custom Motorcycle RAM mounts for GPS Systems and will supply worldwide.

Hopefully this post will be useful to a few owners, as it was on the 899 forum who are looking for a decent Ram mount that actually works and is easy to fit. I'll put some pics below of the fitting.

For some reason the post would only allow me to post one photo, this one shows it fitted. I've also fitted a USB connector from the battery along the wiring loom to the bars so as can connect to sat nav or iPhone when mounted on the ram mount.

I went to Bob also as I did not like the Ram mount ball for the Ram Mount products which I owned.
If you don't mind, we should keep the post here: "Powerlet iPhone & Ram Mount on 959" as there are other good ideas to consider.
