Congrats!! Please post pics of the HID install as I am thinking about getting it done on mine as well. Im just not sure what the difficulty level will be.

There is no "clean" quick and easy mount. You're either mounting on your headlight and thereby removing that and your nose fairing or mounting beneath your upper side fairings.

The "sloppy" quick and easy mount is on the black recess just above the location of your low beam bulbs. I'd planned to do that until I procure an led headlight but I have to remove the nose fairing to install it so I figure I may as well just do a proper install because 1299s led headlights are few and far between.
