I had my bike stored over the winter in a friend's garage. They lost the key. Fortunately I have the spare. Can I get a new one cut on a 2016 or is this an expensive chip key that the dealership will charge me for a fortune to replace? Has anyone been able to cut a spare?
Thanks!

I'd ask your key guy/locksmith. It definitely has a chip, can. your guy program it?

I called 2 dealers, they can both sell me the blank key. It has to go out to be cut then the bike and the keys have to be linked. Approx cost $235. Cheaper than my Porsche key!

Don’t panic. You may be able to find the lost keys. Double-check the places where you would normally leave check the pocket, Ask peoples you’d been around before after all you don’t get the key, just call +1704-5089300 Locksmith in charlotte. Hope they will give you a solution.
