Just picked up my 959 with 5 km on the clock. Traded my 2005 749S and 2009 1198S. Easy to ride until I tried to find the kickstand. Have an unused set of Marchesini forged magnesium wheels for 749/999 that I am trying to find out if they will fit on my 959. Bearings are the same part number therefore the axel shafts should be the same diameter and with the right spacers they should fit???? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Also looking for a parts list.

Welcome aboard and congrats on the Pani!

Assuming the critical dimensions of the bearings are the same then yes, spacers should get you where you want to be.

Enjoy and ride safe!

I put my toe behind the foot peg and "reach" for it each time. I've never had to reach down for it with my hand. But a few times I it has taken a couple tries to find it. It's a little bit of an annoyance, but I'm going to see if I can just get trained over time to find it or if I need to put something on it to help like you're considering.
Works for me all the time too, might not if you have big feet like @Kruz.
