When I tracked my car, we did an oil change after every track day. How does the oil hold up in these bikes? I'm sure it depends on what oil you put in, but do people usually change it after every track day? Every other? Track days don't matter if you're not MotoGP level?

Danke!

I've been using it for quite some time. I really like it. I was getting it through Motorcycle Superstore, which is now J&P Cycles, and they no longer carry Motul. I bought a bunch last spring so I haven't needed to purchase anymore since then. I'll need to find a new source soon. Let me know if you find a good deal on it. Motorsport.com still has it. https://www.motosport.com/motul-300v-4t-competition-synthetic-oil

I have just over 6K miles, have done 2 track days and changed the oil 3 times. Almost ready for my 3rd set of tires. At this cadence it’s a fresh set of rubber before the track day and a fluid change after.
