So today was the day

Finally picked up my 959 today.

A little disappointed the bike had very small scratches all over the tank front , and the screen was scratched up too.

Probably was in the showroom for the last 3 months

Moto thibault in Sherbrooke sold me the bike and as usual they just there to sell bikes like most other dealers

I pinpointed this to them but they didn't give a sH$t

Hope they see this

Anyways took the bike home and buffed everything out just waiting for a windshield replacement

Ill be installing a 1299s led headlight
Carbon front fender

And to protect the paint I'll be doing cquartz

I'll try to post some pics

Congratulations Turbo! Sucks about the scratches. If you're concerned about future scratches to the screen, you can order a screen protector (like they have for phones). I have a couple on the way.

Had you already agreed to purchase the bike before you saw it or something? It sounds like that dealership's customer service isn't too high...

I purchased the bike back in early December 2015.

They didn't even get the bikes and their shipment came in only at the end of December

The store is 2 hours away from my home so I never had a chance to go back to actually see my bike if it was in the showroom or not.

What screen brand did you purchase?

Speedo Angels LCD screen protector

I actually ordered 2 sets from speedo angels in UK. One is the ultra clear for my 959 and the other is the matte anti-glare for my buddy's 1299S - it's supposed to make the color lcd easier to see during the day. I'll let you know how they work out after they arrive. They come in sets of 2. For the 2 sets, I paid $20 (including shipping from UK). Here's a link:

I don't imagine a lot of things damaging the dash. But I figured this was pretty inexpensive.
