On a hot day (~95F) and pounding it on the track, I've gotten it up to 220F with water + water wetter. Keep in mind that water boils at 212F at sea level, but in a pressurized system the boiling point becomes slightly. higher.

The only time I would be worried is if the temps go beyond 230F (I think our 959s show "HI" beyond 250F).

Normally riding on the street with a decent amount of heat soak, at a stop light my 959 will get up to 216F.

The bike performed flawlessly yesterday. A 72 degree day and perfect riding weather, but I noticed that after a session, the bike was at 210 degrees. Does this seam excessive to anyone?
My bike hit the same temp (98 Celsius) going around the track on a day that reached the same temperature you mentioned. It was even hotter when I finally turned it off in the pits each session.
