I heard that if you replace the 959 throttle with the Multistrada throttle the rotating is quicker for full throttle action. I did this on my other bike the CBR600RR to the R6 throttle and it was very good. Has anyone done this and have information on it?

How fast you twist the throttle won't help the bike go faster with all the electronics built in...

I do not know why people want to chime in and not give any information when someone asks a question. Same thing happened to me when I asked a throttle question. I purchased this,

It replaces the throttle by wire to a cable throttle. Some say you can change the map and the throttle is at 70% throw but I want to feel the stop and know I’m at full throttle without a full twist. It’s just a feel thing with me. Getting to full throttle faster at the exit of the turn will bring lap times down saying you have your traction control settings on par for that track. I do not know about changing to that particular throttle from the Multi though.

That is The Only Reason to do this type of mod - you nailed it!
However, I believe that effect can be done electronically with certain Tuners products (I believe the Woolich Racing Log Box M-DucV3 has the capability)

Yes but it does give back feel if you old used to race for Yamaha and stared racing on dirt. If your electric throttle was best all factory bike would use them but they don't and the reason is feel.

This is a gift for those who grew up on dirt like to slide and feel with their feet and the seat if your pants .you younger fellas might not have even ridden a bike with a real throttle but the difference it gives back in feel is a smile price to pay. Anti this anti that button shifter and all makes It hard *** job getting it dialed. Easiest way t describe is like golf. Imagine every shot you had a perfect lie perfect hit and perfect swing. I’ll contact your gonna feel and after a few thousand hits you’ll grow to be able to know when you do it cause you feel it in your swing.
Besides I have called and said to anyone who will listen that 959 freaking death trap until you put in a throttle inserts or one of the item below. Your diving say ddeeeepppp into a corner crazed over to the point you steer with the foot. Pegs and the throttle. Ducati with yet another of their bad decisions allows a 18,000 motorcycle leave the facotry with enough nonadjustable slack in the throttle I’d bet a weeks pay it has resulted in a few injuries or even deaths. It’s wrong it’s so bad. Actually it’s bullshit and they have got to know it for having buried a friend or 2 over the years I fell their pain.
Don’t know about others but If you and anone yo7 know has one I beg of you to ride their asses until the get the kit. It is hat important and the second item you buy first on being a shock tool do you can at least ride it home. They come new with a new no electric settting of log wagon plus and you might not make it.

please stop themadneees Ducati and fix your damn flaw please.
