Looks great!!! However, I wonder if you can feel the battery as you step. Or even better, what type of battery it is! Having a LiPoly style battery under my foot, in my boot, does not make me feel secure, knowing how volatile they can be.

Although it's a nice product initiative, I have to question the $$$ value for something like these for riding. The last couple of days of my riding season was in 1~3c ( 33~35f) temperature. It's my fingers and chest that got cold, not my feet. If you really need the extra heat, you can buy Little Hotties Toe Warmers pads that cost a buck and change and will last 3 hours. I used them in my ski boots today.

The last ride of the season was December 4th. I had just received a heated jacket liner which I wanted to try. Consequently, I had to slip one last go around as snow was forecasted for the next days. Certainly not something I would want to do on a recurring basis. Truth be told, I was more preoccupied by the tire's ability to grip at that time than my body heat. It was good for a few laughs among friends afterwards.
